Your story brought back a memor...Linda, good stuff! Your story brought back a memory for me. When I worked at the nursing home, I too, ended up being the Chosen one! Only I was the only person on the floor, I saw the survey team walk into one of my rooms, and pull the call light on. As I walked toward that room, I knew what I was in for, I had to run a fire drill! and I had to do it right! I never missed a beat, did everything I was supposed to. After that day, the state team never intmidated again. There's alot to be said for having confidence in one's ability!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
